Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, a Florida provider of roofing services to commercial and residential customers, announced a strategic combination with Roof Management, Inc. (RMI), a full-service commercial roofing company headquartered in Atlanta.

RMI has been delivering comprehensive roofing solutions to commercial and industrial clients across a range of end markets since its founding in 1992. The company is known for its expertise in complex, custom roofing projects, including data centers and other technically demanding installations, and has earned a strong reputation for superior craftsmanship, customer service, and relationships with property managers, roofing consultants, and general contractors with capabilities across re-roof, service, and new construction.

In December 2024, an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., acquired Latite.  Sun Capital said it remains committed to supporting future roofing M&A opportunities.
