Erie Home, one of the nation’s leading residential home services providers, has opened its 100th location in Seattle, Wash. — marking a major milestone in its coast-to-coast expansion.

Founded in 1976 in Toledo, Ohio, Erie Home has grown from a Midwest neighborhood staple into a national brand. 

“In just the past four years, we’ve followed customer demand to more than double our footprint — now reaching ~85% of the United States,” Common said. "And we’re just getting started. We have significant space to deepen our roots as we serve our communities.”

Erie Home has appeared on RC's Top 100 list in 2023 and 2024, earning a spot in the top 10, making it one of the highest-earning residential contractors in the nation. The contractor also earned the 2,044 spot on Inc. Magazine's 2024 Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the United States. 

The company has been part of the Gridiron Capital portfolio since 2021.
