5 datos (demasiado) tempranos sobre la lista Top 100 de 2025

Las postulaciones para la lista Top 100 de 2025 de RC ya han llegado, y los editores de RC están verificando la información en el paquete de contenido que acompaña los últimos rankings de ingresos autoreportados.

Aunque la tarea sigue en curso, algunas puntos importantes llamaron la atención de inmediato. Así que, a continuación, presentamos cinco cosas (demasiado) tempranas sobre la lista Top 100 de 2025.

Estados en juego

Aproximadamente dos docenas de estados diferentes, desde comunidades como Milford, Nuevo Hampshire, y Fort Lauderdale, Florida, hasta Irvine, California, y Fife, Washington, están representados en la lista de este año. Texas lideró el camino, una vez más, con un total de 16 postulaciones de todo el "Estado de la Estrella Solitaria". Florida le siguió con 12 empresas, y luego California e Illinois con cinco cada una.

Rango de Ingresos

El rango de ingresos reportados este año mostró un crecimiento en todos los factores comparado con la lista Top 100 del año pasado. Aunque esperaremos un poco más para revelar la lista completa, la versión de 2025 alcanza aproximadamente los $1,500 millones, lo que significa el cuarto año consecutivo con una empresa que genera miles de millones de dólares en ingresos en la cima.

El límite para entrar en la lista Top 100 de este año fue de $17.6 millones.

División Comercial/Residencial

La mayoría de los contratistas de techado (el 56%) que presentaron información este año se identificaron como techadores residenciales. Un total de 44 contratistas que enviaron su información se identificaron como techadores totalmente o principalmente comerciales.

Excelencia Persistente

Entre el grupo de este año se encuentran ocho antiguos contratistas de techado comercial o residencial del año, lo que demuestra una capacidad de desempeño constante a pesar de múltiples desafíos a lo largo de los años. Los representantes también provienen de diferentes estados, lo que ilustra el éxito y crecimiento continuos en sus respectivos mercados.

Presencia de Capital Privado

El capital privado sigue teniendo un impacto significativo en la industria del techado. Este año, 19 de las compañías representadas en la lista señalaron una afiliación con una plataforma de capital privado. De estas, siete estaban en el top diez, representando colectivamente más de $4 mil millones en ingresos por techado.
