ServiceTitan, un proveedor de software para oficios y ampliamente considerado un actor importante que atiende a una porción significativa de las empresas de servicios domésticos, apuesta fuertemente a que su nueva plataforma para empresas de contratistas de techos ganará impulso al asociarse con SRS Distribution.

La asociación se centra en resolver los principales desafíos operacionales para los contratistas de techos, incluidos los costos crecientes de materiales y las ineficiencias en las adquisiciones. Al integrar sus sistemas, las empresas buscan mejorar la eficiencia, transparencia y escalabilidad para los contratistas. SRS, uno de los tres principales proveedores de techos, también aporta su nueva fortaleza como una subsidiaria de propiedad total de The Home Depot.

Esta capacidad simplificará el proceso de crear propuestas de proyectos precisas y visualmente atractivas al ofrecer descripciones detalladas de los productos, imágenes y actualizaciones automáticas diarias de precios.

La segunda fase, que se lanzará en la primavera de 2025, permitirá a los contratistas consultar precios en tiempo real y la disponibilidad de inventarios en las sucursales de SRS, enviar pedidos electrónicamente y seguir el estado de la entrega directamente en la plataforma de ServiceTitan.

Rajeev Rai, vicepresidente ejecutivo y director digital de SRS, describió la asociación como innovadora: “Con gran entusiasmo, anunciamos nuestra asociación con ServiceTitan, convirtiendo a SRS Distribution en el primer distribuidor de techos en integrarse completamente con su innovadora plataforma.
