and associates, announced its new 2011 board of directors and the winners of two
prestigious awards honoring those who have made significant contributions to the

TAMKO recently acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary that will provide access to a
newly constructed asphalt processing plant in Inwood, W.Va. The plant will
supply asphalt coating and saturant for TAMKO’s Frederick, Md.
shingle manufacturing plant.
SPRI, the association representing sheet membrane and component suppliers to the
commercial roofing industry, has selected David Bailie as president for the
2011-2012 term.
