Lance Bachmann's LB Capital acquired My Pittsburgh Roofing, adding it to the Planet Roof portfolio as part of a strategic expansion in Western Pennsylvania, aiming for $100M in revenue this year.

Northeast Contracting Corporation, a commercial roofing firm based in Lorton, Va., completed a significant equity recapitalization with RCap Equity Partners, supported by Monroe Capital and NECC's existing shareholders.
