Omnia Exterior Solutions, a CCMP Growth Advisors, LP portfolio company, is celebrating its two-year anniversary. Founded in May 2023, Omnia is a national residential roofing solutions and exterior remodeling services platform that helps its portfolio partners elevate their businesses.
In its two years of operation, the company has grown to include 11 roofing partners serving 22 states and completing more than 500,000 projects annually. Internally, the executive team and company now comprises just over 800 employees.
“During these two short years, not only has Omnia grown as a company, we’ve created more opportunities for our partners and their employees,” said Chief Executive Officer Jeff Kizilbash.
“We set out to be different, to invest in our partners so that they could grow faster and so that they and their employees would have career growth and options beyond what they would have been able to achieve if they had remained on their own.”
Omnia’s 11 roofing companies include:
- James & Whitney Co., Maine
- Central Roofing, Illinois
- Great Roofing and Restoration, Ohio
- Hero Roofing, Georgia
- TMJ Construction Services, Iowa
- Brandon J Roofing, Missouri
- Huf Construction, Texas
- Ace Roofing, Montana
- Black Hills Exteriors, South Dakota/Wyoming
- Brothers Services Company, Maryland
- Hoffman Weber Construction, Minnesota
“We started Omnia with the intention to be unique in our approach to exterior solutions,” said Chairman of the Board Jim Ziminski. “It was never going to be a platform that just rolled up the financials and moved on to the next partner; we knew what kind of businesses we wanted to acquire, we knew what kind of owners we wanted running them, and we’ve stuck to the plan.”

Ziminski, a longtime industry pro, added that Omnia's culture and camaraderie among its team set it apart.
“These are people who genuinely enjoy working together, wanting to help each other succeed, and are passionate and willing to make themselves available to do so,” he added.
Omnia said that as it embarks on its third year, it will continue to challenge the traditional approach to private equity, growing its network with team-minded, collaborative partners that are passionate about building innovative approaches to exterior remodeling and business growth.
