Results Roofing, based in Carrollton, Texas, announced on Monday that it had purchased Pelt Roofing & Construction, an established roofing service provider based in New Braunfels, Texas, about 33 miles southwest of San Antonio. 

In a July 1 news release, Results Roofing said the acquisition marks “a significant milestone in Results Roofing's expansion plan,” which extends its service area to communities including San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Temple, and other surrounding areas.
