Roofing Services Solutions Buys Stratus Construction & Roofing, LLC
RSS, a Dunes Point Capital, LP portfolio company, announces latest purchase
Stratus Construction & Roofing, LLC, based in Maitland, Fla., about eight miles north of Orlando, was recently acquired by Roofing Services Solutions, a Dunes Point Capital, LP portfolio company.

Roofing Services Solutions, a Dunes Point Capital, LP portfolio company, announced Monday it has acquired Stratus Construction & Roofing, LLC, based in Maitland, Fla., about eight miles north of Orlando.
In a July 1 news release, RSS said Stratus provides re-roofing and building exterior services to multi-family, residential and commercial customers. Stratus has one location in Florida and employs approximately 30 people. RSS, owned by Dunes Point Capital, has seven Florida locations and approximately 140 employees.
