Roofing Services Solutions Snaps Up Earl W. Johnston Roofing, LLC
Roofing Services Solutions has purchased Earl W. Johnston Roofing, LLC, which is based in Hollywood, Fla. EJ Roofing has 30 employees.

Roofing Services Solutions, a portfolio company of Rye, N.Y.-based Dunes Point Capital, LP has acquired Hollywood, Fla.-based Earl W. Johnston Roofing, a provider of re-reroofing and building exterior services to residential, multi-family and commercial customers.
In a Nov. 5 news release, RSS, a provider of re-roofing and building exterior services to residential, multi-family and commercial customers, has nine locations in Florida and employs approximately 170 people. The company said EJ Roofing has one location in Florida with 30 employees.
Dunes Point Capital is a family office and private investment firm that pursues control investments in companies operating in the general industrial and business services sectors. DPC targets companies with enterprise values of up to $1 billion.
