Dunes Point Capital, LP Acquires West Orange Roofing, LLC

Roofing Services Solutions, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, LP, announced on Monday it had acquired Tavares, Fla.-based West Orange Roofing, LLC, a provider of re-reroofing and building exterior services to residential and commercial customers.
In a June 3 news release, Dunes Point Capital said that West Orange has three locations in Florida and employs approximately 40 people.
