Elevate, the manufacturer of roofing and lining systems and brand within the Holcim Building Envelope commercial portfolio, announced the 2024 recipients of its Master Contractor program, which recognizes the most “elite commercial roofing contractors” in North America and Latin America. 

In a March 11 news release, Elevate said it announced the 2024 recipients in Puerto Rico as part of the annual Master Contractor celebration; Elevate Red Shield-licensed contractors are automatically eligible for the program. 

For 2024, Elevate awarded Master Contractor status to 250 of the top roofing contractors who accumulated the most Master Contractor quality points during the program year. Contractors earned quality points for installing Elevate RubberGard EPDM, UltraPly TPO, PVC, PVC KEE, asphalt, and metal roof systems.

“Our Master Contractors are vital and valued members of our extended Elevate family, bringing their experience, heart, and pride to work each day,” Beck added. “Their passion and dedication to delivering the highest quality and service illustrate our shared commitment to driving our industry forward."

Elevate also recognized 19 contractors as “Best of the Best.” These contractors received Master Contractor and Inner Circle of Quality Awards a minimum of five times, have at least five million square feet under active warranty, and have an annual quality impact rating of less than or equal to .65.

The manufacturer also awarded “President’s Club” status to 27 of the 250 Master Contractors in 2024 contractors, who significantly exceeded the minimum points needed to qualify for Master Contractor.

At the 2024 awards ceremony, Elevate also inducted four members into its Master Contractor Hall of Fame: 

• Bloom Roofing Systems, INC.
• Industrial Roofing Company 
• M.M. Schranz Roofing, INC.
• Titan Roofing, INC. 

Elevate also recognized two categories of quality contractors: Inner Circle of Quality and Partner in Quality. It said the rating system employed to achieve the designations is based on each company’s annual QIR, calculated by the quality and quantity of their performance. 

Contractors who earned the Inner Circle of Quality Award were recognized at the annual Elevate Master Contractor trip, while contractors who earned the Partner in Quality Award will be recognized with a commemorative plaque.

The event included a giveback activity to support El Comedor de la Kennedy, a local organization leading the fight against food insecurity on the island. The event helped provide 200 families with food relief.
