Beacon announced on July 11 that it had completed the acquisition of Crossroads Roofing Supply, Inc. of Oklahoma City. Crossroads’ five branches in Oklahoma City, Enid, Norman, Stillwater, and Tulsa, Okla., had been a mainstay operation for residential and commercial contractors for two decades.

“We are pleased to announce that Crossroads is joining Beacon,” said Lisa and Mike Curtis, owners of Crossroads, in a news release. “Beacon’s relentless focus on its customers gives us confidence that the contractors who have come to rely on us to build their businesses will gain further benefits from Beacon’s digital tools and national footprint.”

The latest acquisition continues advancing Beacon’s strategic Ambition 2025 goals as it continues its expansion through both acquisition and greenfield-built growth. Year to date, in 2023, Beacon has expanded its footprint by completing five acquisitions and opening 14 new greenfield locations.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Crossroads employees to Beacon,” said Jason Taylor, Beacon’s president, West Division. “Their skills and knowledge will enhance our Midwest team as we help customers build more.”
