North Carolina-based Highland Roofing Company has named Charlie Gomez as a Raleigh project manager. Gomez will join Highland’s Raleigh, N.C. production team to ensure the successful completion of new construction and reroofing projects in the Triangle region.
“Charlie has achieved strong commercial roofing construction accomplishments in the Triangle area,” said Jeanette Omdalen, president and owner of Highland Roofing Company. “Adding his leadership to our Raleigh team further solidifies our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional service and quality construction in the Triangle.”
The addition of Gomez comes as a result of Highland’s significant growth in the Triangle. Notable projects the company is currently working on include the Marbles Museum, USA Baseball, the Durham Bulls, the new campus for Wake Tech Community College, Baucom Elementary School, Lexus Raleigh and Chatham Park Commerce Center.
Prior to joining Highland Roofing Company, Gomez worked as both a leadman and project manager at Baker Roofing in Raleigh.
“I am pleased to join the Highland team and provide our clients with an exceptional construction experience,” said Gomez. “I look forward to enhancing Highland’s efforts in the Triangle region.”
