Gator Metal Roofing, a provider of metal roofing solutions, recently announced its new underlayment product specifically engineered for the company’s metal roofing systems using “state-of-the-art synthetic materials.”

In a news release, Gator said the new underlayment is designed to improve the energy efficiency of metal roofing installations, helping to reduce energy costs and improve overall sustainability.

“We are excited to introduce our new underlayment, representing our partnership with the Carolina Hurricanes, that will go under every new Gator Metal Roof,” Brian Mosscareli, business manager of Gator Metal Roofing said.

“Our new underlayment product is just one example of our commitment to quality, sustainability, and energy efficiency,” Mosscareli added. “We are proud to offer this product to our customers and look forward to helping them reduce their energy costs and environmental impact while protecting their largest investment, their homes."

The new underlayment features a design representing the Carolina Hurricanes and Gator Metal Roofing Partnership. The company said its new underlayment allows for superior water resistance and ventilation, helping to prevent moisture buildup and extend the roof's life. It also noted the product’s highly durable and tear-resistance, which provides added protection against weather conditions and other environmental factors.

Gator Metal Roofing, a family-owned concern founded in 1994, is headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., and has offices in Gastonia, Wilmington, and Garner; it is the official metal roofing company of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes.
