Gulfeagle Supply Announces Acquisition of Exterior Solutions, Relocation of Gulfport Branch
With its latest branch opening in Cincinnati, Gulfeagle Supply has now placed a stake in Ohio. The supplier will serve Southern Ohio, Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky from its new branch.
Gulfeagle Supply is expanding its footprint and product offerings with the acquisition of Exterior Solutions, a building materials supplier in Gulfport, Miss.
According to a statement from Gulfeagle, the acquisition expands its product lines in Gulfport to include siding, stucco, windows, and doors in addition to roofing and building products. The new location is conveniently located near the I-10 and US 49 intersection.
The acquisition also prompted a relocation of the existing Gulfeagle Supply branch in Gulfport. Gulfeagle Supply will now operate at 14410 Creosote Road Suite A, Gulfport, MS 39503 under the Gulfeagle name.
Matt Berger will be the branch manager of the Gulfport branch, who brings over 14 years of industry experience to the position. Chris Bingle will continue with Gulfeagle as territory manager and Joe Denton will join him as a territory manager.
Gulfeagle Supply, founded in 1973, is a full line distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products. The company has grown to over 110 locations across the United States.
