BOSTON and ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Roof Depot announced that it has received a growth capital investment from Copley Equity Partners, a Boston-based private investment firm focused on providing capital and resources to lower middle market companies with strong growth opportunities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Roof Depot Founder nd CEO Terry Dickerson echoes Trovato’s sentiment.

Founded in 1998, Roof Depot has continued to fulfill residential and commercial roofing needs of those within its community. Over its 24-plus year history, Roof Depot has expanded its service offerings and grown geographically throughout both the Southeast and Southwest, with office locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Florida and Maryland. 

Dickerson will be leading the business through its next stage of growth alongside Copley Equity Partners. The investment will enable Roof Depot to accelerate its growth, invest in its processes and people and capitalize on Copley’s mergers and acquisitions expertise for opportunistic acquisitions.
