SAN DIEGO — Seaside Equity Partners, a growth-oriented and operationally focused private equity firm, has announced the launch of BlueThread Services™ LLC, a platform for roofing and exterior service providers.

BlueThread Services was formed with the vision of building the next market leader in property services by knitting together a comprehensive family of roofing and exterior service providers. BlueThread will align with organizations that share similar values across the region and aims to accelerate their growth through investment in talent, service, safety and operations.

BlueThread’s platform will seek to become a trusted service provider to its broad base of commercial, multi-family, government, and residential customers by delivering exemplary customer service and fine workmanship.

BlueThread’s first two partner companies, Peak View Roofing and Revelation Roofing, along with recently acquired Aspen Group, will continue to operate with the existing leadership teams and under their respective names while sharing the co-brand, BlueThread Services.

Acquisition of Aspen Group

Along with the launch, BlueThread announced the acquisition of Aspen Group, an industry leader in reconstruction for multi-family and commercial properties. Aspen delivers a comprehensive exterior solution offering services such as roofing, painting, siding, concrete, retained walls and decks.
