The Roofing Academy is an online virtual training curriculum that specializes in helping roofing business owners succeed, whether they’re new to the business or run a well-established company. The courses include proven marketing and sales strategies as well as hiring great employees.

“We just try to wake up each day and stay driven to serve, lead, teach and inspire our industry and leaders in our industry to become the best versions of themselves,” said Brothers.

Brothers is the founder of Elite Roofing, a multi-million dollar roofing company in Greeley, Colo., where he developed a passion for helping others. He wrote a book, “Start It, Build It, Grow It: The Contractor’s Guide to Success,” which led to the development of the Roofing Academy. He is also a former RC Young Gun.

Before joining Roofing Academy, Rodich joined the industry in 2019 after a corporate career in sales and was president of Roofing.com. He has worked directly with more than 100 roofing and solar businesses to help them grow their bottom line.

“I’m really excited about everything that we have coming down the pike and into the future, all of the things we’re going to build, it’s going to be a really awesome experience for everybody involved,” said Rodich.
