SRS Announces Expansion in the Greater Philadelphia Area with the Acquisition of Marvic Supply Inc.

MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. announced today that it has acquired Marvic Supply Company Inc., a leading distributor of residential roofing, windows and doors, siding, and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Doylestown, Pa., Marvic was acquired in 1967 by Frank Terry and is run today by Dave Smith, Frank’s son-in-law, and Frank’s sons, Rich and Wes Terry. The company operates seven locations across southeastern Pennsylvania and northwestern New Jersey and employs a team of 98 people.

Dave, Rich, and Wes will continue to lead the company’s team under the Marvic banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
