TAMPA, Fla. — Cotney Construction Law and Cotney Consulting Group announced today that the companies are merging, and they will now operate under the new name of Cotney Attorneys & Consultants, effective immediately.

This rebranding strategy reflects both the evolution of the company as well as its vision to provide both business and legal solutions to their clients. Along with this change, a newly redesigned company logo has been revealed and a new website is planned to launch in late February 2021.

Although the company name has changed to Cotney Attorneys & Consultants, its mission remains the same. The firm will continue to offer a range of legal and consulting services to contractors throughout the U.S. and beyond. Through this consolidation, the firm will be able to offer all services in one place, allowing for construction companies to develop a cohesive legal and business strategy.
