As Hurricane Sally bears down on the Gulf Coast states, contractors in the pathway are still recovering from the last major storm just a few weeks ago. Concerns about already-stressed supply lines, and what damage could be done to existing inventory in the region are at the top of roofing contractor’s minds, said Trent Cotney, CEO of Cotney Construction Law.
