Members of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) will have a better time keeping up with the latest information and resources thanks to the association’s new website.

The MRCA’s updated website, found at mrca.org, features a redesign that makes it easier to find the latest news, upcoming meeting and events, and access to exclusive resources available to MRCA members.

Additionally, the MRCA’s membership database is now integrated with its website directory. Members are encouraged to update their profiles and continue to register for events online.

While on the website, contractors who are MRCA members can apply for the association’s ELITE Safety Award program. The annual program recognizes MRCA member companies that have demonstrated a commitment to improving jobsite safety through the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety and risk management programs.

Applications will be judged by Gary Auman, an OSHA/Workers Compensation attorney with Auman, Mahan and Furry. Any company-specific information regarding accident or injury statistics, or any other information identified by the applicant as proprietary, will be kept in confidence by the MRCA's Legal Counsel as applying to the specific company.

The deadline to submit an application is Sept. 15. Winners will be announced in December 2020.
