BELOIT, Wis. — Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Midwest Wholesale Materials Co., a distributor of siding, windows, doors and steep-slope roofing in Madison, Wis.

Founded in 1960, Midwest Wholesale Materials has a single location at 4610 Pflaum Road. It will become the fourth ABC Supply location in the Madison market and the 18th in Wisconsin.

The acquisition allows ABC Supply to enhance its service in Madison and the surrounding communities while building deeper relationships with professional contractors and builders. According to a release, current Midwest Wholesale Materials associates will continue to work at the location, ensuring customers receive seamless access to the products and expertise they need to run their businesses.

Last month, ABC Supply acquired Badger Building Supply Inc. in Milwaukee. The acquisition included Badger Building Supply’s roofing and siding business, which will be integrated into ABC Supply’s West Miluwakee branch. Current Badger Building Supply associates will join ABC Supply’s West Milwaukee team, making the transition easier for existing customers.

ABC Supply is one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of roofing, siding, windows and other exterior building products that contractors need to tackle their construction projects and build their businesses.
