BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. Inc. continues to expand its operations throughout the nation with the opening of a location in New York and the acquisition of a Milwaukee, Wis. roofing company.

ABC Supply announced its acquisition of Badger Building Supply Inc., which will be integrated into ABC Supply’s existing operations at its West Milwaukee location. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Current Badger Building Supply associates will join ABC Supply’s team.

Earlier this month, ABC Supply also announced the opening of its newest branch located at 1140 Sullivan St. in Elmira, N.Y. There are now more than 22 ABC Supply locations in New York.

James Londa will manage the branch. He joined ABC Supply in 2015 as a delivery services manager for the Endwell, N.Y., location following the acquisition of Norandex Building Materials Distribution. Over the next four years, he gained experience in other branch roles, including inventory and purchasing management and administration.

Londa began his career in the building industry over 25 years ago working in sales and managerial positions throughout the state of New York after serving in the U.S. Navy.

“Jim has a keen understanding of what contractors need from their supplier and how ABC Supply can meet those needs,” said Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s Northeast Region. “Whether it’s serving new or existing customers, he and his team are eager to help area contractors run and grow their businesses.”

ABC Supply is one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of roofing, siding, windows and other exterior building products that contractors need to tackle their construction projects and build their businesses.
