GLENDALE, Ariz. — Elite Roofing Supply has added a branch in Baton Rouge, La., bringing the company’s total number of branches to 15 across Louisiana, California, Colorado and Arizona.

Founded in 2013, Elite said its mission is to provide roofing contractors an independent distribution partner that is knowledgeable in both commercial and residential roofing, committed to being good stewards in the industry and serving the professional roofing contractor community.

According to the company, the leadership team at Elite opened Baton Rouge in April, a year after opening the Monroe and Bossier City branches, because the Louisiana roofing market was needing more distribution options.

The Baton Rouge branch is led by Managing Partner, Dave LaCouture, a seasoned professional who most recently served as a manager for another distributor. With a strong history of playing professional hockey, LaCouture brings the value of teamwork and leadership to the Elite organization. LaCouture oversees nine employees with a fleet of three trucks to serve the surrounding area. The branch carries a large variety of commercial and residential roofing products and is strategically located on Airline Highway, close to Interstate-10 to provide the needed access for contractors.

“Elite remains steadfast in partnering with roofing professionals that have strong ties to their communities,” commented Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Weiss. “Dave LaCouture and his team have long-lasting relationships in Baton Rouge and are committed to customers and vendors to create winning scenarios for all involved. Our continuing philosophy of being a locally-owned distributor that delivers a customized customer experience and comprehensive line of quality roofing materials is a constant the contractor community can count on.”

Elite Roofing Supply announced in December that it had opened two new branches in Colorado. Last September, the company announced six new locations in Louisiana, Arizona, Colorado, and California.
