ROSEMONT, Ill. — Tecta America has announced its third acquisition in less than two months.

Tecta America said it has acquired Virginia Beach, Va.-based Roof Services Corp for a undisclosed amount.

The company will operate as Roof Services, a Tecta America Co. L.L.C.

We are especially excited to bring John Babcock, Gary Rogacki and the rest of the management and the highly regarded workforce of Roof Services into Tecta. Since Nov. 1, Tecta America has acquired RSS Roofing Solutions & Services of St. Louis and Keene, N.H.-based The Melanson Co., Vermont Roofing and A C Hathorne Co.

Tecta America now has over 70 locations and 3,000 employees from coast to coast who take pride in offering world class roofing services.

The company itself was acquired by Altas Partners in a deal that closed in late November.
