The company will operate as Roof Services, a Tecta America Co. L.L.C.

“This acquisition completes an extraordinary year for Tecta in which we have added five terrific companies, expanding our business with multiple locations in each of Kentucky, Indiana, New Hampshire, Missouri, Vermont and now Virginia. Since Nov. 1, Tecta America has acquired RSS Roofing Solutions & Services of St. Louis and Keene, N.H.-based The Melanson Co., Vermont Roofing and A C Hathorne Co.

Tecta America now has over 70 locations and 3,000 employees from coast to coast who take pride in offering world class roofing services.

The company itself was acquired by Altas Partners in a deal that closed in late November.
