ORLANDO, Fla. — Jasper Contractors Inc. has acquired One Source Roofing Inc., the companies announced Thursday.

Serving Central Florida since 1988, One Source Roofing has serviced commercial roofing clients for over two decades.

Jasper Contractors, an established commercial and residential roofing company, will continue expanding its footprint with the investment of One Source Roofing, the company said in a press release.

The transaction has been approved by both companies and closed Dec. 6. Terms were not disclosed.

One Source Roofing, experienced in roof management, inspection and maintenance, and consulting services, has been a roofing contractor for various government entities and institutions. One Source Roofing has provided services to the Orange County Convention Center and the University of Central Florida, speaking to its proven trust within the community.

Jasper Contractors, founded in 2004, said this acquisition will further accelerate its growth. The Atlanta-based company also has seven locations throughout Florida and is in the process of opening three more. Earlier this year, Jasper Contractors announced plans to increase its commercial business. The Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor is a subsidiary of EX Capital L.L.C.

One Source Roofing, established in 1988, has offered commercial roofing services to Central Florida.
