SRS Distribution Announces the Upcoming Acquisition of SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies

MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution (SRS or the Company) announced the upcoming acquisition of SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies (SG), a family-owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, supplies, and services. SG Wholesale is headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif. and maintains additional locations in Gardena, Costa Mesa, Vista, and Spring Valley.

SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies was founded in 1976 and currently employs a team of over 75 people. SG services a primary market area of Greater Los Angeles, including Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, as well as Greater San Diego and San Diego County. SG’s customer base includes professional roofing contractors (both residential and commercial), homebuilders, and home improvement contractors. Jamie and Dana Glazer, joint owners, and SG’s entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company to run the branches going forward, which will ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees and suppliers of SG. SRS will continue to operate these branches under the SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies name in complement to its existing Roofline division.
