ST. LOUIS - John Beal Roofing experiences growth through the roof.  The company is relocating to a new 20,000-square-foot building at 12181 Prichard Farm Road, St. Louis, Mo. 63043 – it's expected to be one of the Midwest’s largest showrooms for roofing products.  The opening is planned for Sept. 1, 2016. 
 
Customers will be able to view more than 100 shingle colors on display representing every shingle manufacturer. An interactive media center will enable customers to upload a photo of their own home and see how different shingle colors and styles will look before installing. John Beal Roofing is working closely with Owens Corning (shingles) and Mule-Hide (flat roof) to have the latest, greatest products and technology on display.  Also featured will be a model home with a hands-on display of all roofing components.  
 
John Beal Roofing experienced a record month of $3.4 million in June.  The company is already on pace to have another banner year, setting a new record of $25 million in sales. Last year’s revenue was $18 million. The company is at a peak staffing level of 49 employees, but expects to add another 50 jobs by this time next year as it continues business expansion.
