COPPELL, Texas — National Roofing Partners, LLC has again expanded its sales team. Henry Abernethy has been appointed to the position of national account manager. He joins NRP with over 28 years of experience in roofing sales. As a national account manager, Abernethy will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business partnerships while promoting and selling National Roofing Partners’ services to potential clients.

 

Abernethy was born in North Carolina, but grew up in Dallas, Texas. He got his start in sales when he was just fourteen years old, selling newspaper subscriptions. Abernethy attended A&M Commerce and later graduated from the Sales Training Institute. 

 

After a successful career in the automotive industry, Abernethy joined North American Roofing as a Regional Sales Representative in 2001, where he would start his illustrious career in the commercial roofing industry. In 2005, he was promoted to National Account Manager. In 2013, he briefly went to work for Tecta American Corporation before joining National Roofing Partners. “The team at National Roofing Partners is excited about working with Henry, he brings years of experience and relationships with him” said Dale Tyler, the president of NRP.

 

Abernethy and his wife Donna have two sons, Bryan & Josh, and three grandchildren, Chelsea, Allison and Justin. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, long walks and traveling with his wife.
