LANCASTER, Pa. — Fabral has announced the expansion of its eastern regional sales team with the appointment of Matt Nance as eastern regional sales manager and Gary Brown as Ohio territory manager. Both Nance and Brown bring a wealth of experience within the industry and a desire to provide the best possible customer support.

Nance’snew responsibilities include leading the territory managers in the eastern region to increased levels of customer support and sales growth. Most recently, he served as architectural and technical specifications manager at Fabral, where he was responsible for promoting Fabral metal wall and roof systems directly to architects, engineers, specification writers, building owners, build-design firms and general contractors. In this position, Nance contributed to several noteworthy projects in the region.

“Matt’s experience in the industry and reputation for providing optimal customer support make him well-suited for his new role,” said Scott Bacon, vice president of commercial sales. “Matt will be focused on leading his team to greater sales performance in our key markets.”

Nance is also licensed in North Carolina as a general contractor and has a broad understanding of the building process from design to construction. Nance received his bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from East Carolina University.

Brown brings several years of experience in the building-products industry. Most recently, he worked for Valspar, handling Lowe’s stores in the Ohio market. Prior to Valspar, Brown worked as an outside sales representative for Union Corrugating and 84 Lumber. “

With his background calling on architects, contractors and lumber yards, Gary has a broad understanding of the channels to which we market and is a welcome addition to the team,” Bacon said.
