BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Elite Home Supplies Inc., a distributor of exterior building materials in Bay City, Mich.

Founded in 1998, Elite Home Supplies has a single location at 3838 Patterson Road. It will become the fourth ABC store in the Tri-City area and thirtieth in Michigan.

The acquired branch will better serve the needs of local contractors with expanded inventory that will include roofing materials in addition to siding and window products. Existing Elite associates will continue to work at the location, providing a seamless transition for customers.
