BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Dealers Service & Supply, a distributor of roofing, siding, windows and doors for more than 70 years, with locations in St. Louis; Kirkwood, Mo.; and Belleville, Ill.

“We are very happy to welcome the members of the Dealers Service & Supply team to our ABC family,” said Keith Rozolis, president and chief executive officer of ABC Supply. “With these new locations, we will be better able to serve the contractors of the St. Louis area.”

The locations of the three Dealers Service & Supply stores complement ABC Supply’s six existing branches in the St. Louis area. The other ABC Supply branches in the metro area are in Farmington, Herculaneum, Fenton, Hazelwood and St. Peter, Mo., and Collinsville, Ill.

All of the Dealers Service & Supply branch associates — and former owner Robert Vatterott — are remaining with the organization. That means customers of Dealers Service & Supply will continue to work with the people they’ve come to know and rely on. 

“Contractors will be getting the same great service from the same people they’ve been dealing with for years when they visit these locations,” said Rozolis. “We look forward to working with Robert and his team to service our new customers.”
