Gulfeagle Supply Acquires Two Distributors in the Northeast
TAMPA, Fla. — Gulfeagle Supply recently acquired two distributors in the Northeast: Roslyn Supply and Northeast Distributors.
Roslyn Supply has five locations in the suburbs of Philadelphia through Allentown, Pa. It began operations in 1963, becoming a specialist in roofing, siding and windows. It has always been a family business and taken care of its customers like they were part of their family. Now Roslyn Supply is part of the Gulfeagle family, which intends on keeping that level of service and tradition in place. Mike Casciano and Brian McKenna, both principles of the company, will become part of the Gulfeagle growth story in this area of the country.
Northeast Distributors was established in 1980 by Tony Lisi and has locations in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The company has six locations throughout New England. Northeast Supply is a well-respected company for its service and wide range of product offerings. Lisi and his two sons, Andrew and Anthony Jr., will stay on and become an important part of the growth story for Gulfeagle Supply in the Northeast.
Gulfeagle is excited to have Roslyn Supply and Northeast become part of the Gulfeagle family, and the company is looking forward to continued expansion in this region of the country.
