LAS VEGAS -- Commercial Roofers, Inc. recently celebrated their 15 year Anniversary with an open house on Oct. 11, 2012. The guest list included manufacture reps, local general contractors, property management companies, Distribution partner, facility directors and engineers from casino/resorts along with friends and family. The festivities included raffle prizes, catered appetizers and cocktails for the 200-plus attendees.

In November of 1996 Scott Howard and Dennis Conway combined their talents to purchase and rename the company to Commercial Roofers, Inc. with 20 employees they returned the business to local ownership with an office located on Valley View Blvd. In 2007 Commercial Roofers Inc. moved into a new more spacious/modern office building located on Naples Drive. Today Commercial Roofers Inc. is one of the largest Roofing Companies in the U.S. with over 150 employees.

“Never Seizes to amaze me, I started this company with a sales figure of 10 million now it has grown so much with the quality-people we have from the apprentice roofer to our admin staff that is what makes us a success. Great personnel is the back bone to our organization,” said Scott Howard, principal.

Sunset Station Casino was the first big new-construction project the company was awarded and recently re-roofed in 2011. Some other notable projects include City Center, Smith Center, Luxor Casino/Resort, Excalibur and Clark County School District.
