WASHINGTON - The Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association (RCMA) announced that Donald C. Portfolio, President of PRI Construction Materials Technologies, LLC, in Tampa, Fla., is the recipient of the RCMA’s Martin A. Davis RCMA Industry Leadership Award. This award is the highest tribute bestowed by the RCMA and is presented on an annual basis to that individual, selected by his or her peers, who has exemplified outstanding service and made significant contributions to the roof coatings industry.
