ATAS New Panel Profile


New Panel Profile

ATAS International Inc., a manufacturer of metal roofing, wall panels and accessories, has announced the addition of a new panel profile. The new panel, Corra-Lok, is a 16 5/8-inch wide by 7/8-inch deep, concealed fastener, corrugated panel with 2 3/4-inch wide corrugations. The corrugated look has become a very popular style of wall panel with its durability, fluid lines, and economical cost. Corra-Lok offers a concealed fastening system for the beauty of uninterrupted lines with the practicality of an easy installation. Offered in 0.032 and 0.050 aluminum, and 24-gauge metallic coated steel, both with Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® finishes, and AZ55 55 percent Al-Zn coated steel with an acrylic coating, the Corra-Lok panel has a 16 5/8-inch nominal coverage. Atlas StormMaster Shingles

Atlas Roofing Corporation announces its StormMaster Slate shingle line. This new shingles let roofing professionals offer clients the most affordable slate look available, with the benefit of a lifetime-limited warranty. CertaSpec Software

A valuable spec-writing tool is available to help roofing professionals and specifiers quickly write steep- and low-slope roofing specifications for job submittal packages. Called CertaSpec™, this software program from CertainTeed Corporation helps specifiers create accurate and consistent submittal packages. On-screen instructions pop up to guide users through the specification process while live updates are routinely made, keeping the software current and accurate. User-friendly content and screen layouts make CertaSpec fast and easy for specifiers to select criteria, narrow the specs and finalize submittal package materials. Standing Seam Machine

Englert Inc., an innovator of onsite metal roofing and gutter systems, announces the availability of its new Metalman FP1101/16 standing seam rollforming machine. The new unit runs a fixed width, variable length single profile configuration with a 16-inch coverage. The unit is also available in 20-inch coverage. The FP1101produces the A1101 one-inch snap lock panel profile, with a nail fin, no clips needed. The unit features the latest in rollforming technology including polyurethane drive rollers and chrome plated forming rollers, two pairs of adjustable flat rib rollers, a 3,000-pound expandable arbor, dual emergency stop switches and a run-out limit switch. Economy Crane Loaded With Features

Stellar Industries Inc. has introduced the EC3200 electric/hydraulic telescopic crane to its economy crane series. The EC3200 has an 11,500-foot pound rating, and has a lifting capacity of 3,200 pounds. This new economy crane has 15 feet of reach, and accomplishes this with less than 8 feet of stowed length. It also has a low stow height of only 24 inches; is one of the lightest cranes in the market; and has a unique mounting configuration allowing it to be mounted on a body with 20 inches or 14 inches deep compartments.
