Paragon Roofing Technology, Shelby Township, Mich., announced that it has merged with R.L. Seiler & Associates LLC, Doylestown, Ohio, to market Paragon’s services in the Midwest.

Larry Villers, current president of R.L. Seiler, will become the director of technical development of Paragon Roofing Technology and John D’Annunzio will continue his role as president. Paragon and R.L. Seiler will retain their current locations under the Paragon name in Shelby Township, Mich., and Doylestown, Ohio.

Paragon Roofing Technology was founded in 1989 and provides roof-consulting and waterproofing services for architects, contractors and building owners throughout the Untied States, South America, Canada and Europe.
