VALLEY FORGE, Pa. - CertainTeed Corp. announced the retirement of Marcia Hannah and Rudy Lee from its roofing products group. Hannah, the company's vice president of marketing, will retire after 30 years of service. She was a key contributor to market-leading initiatives that defined the company's roofing products and services, including the development and introduction of the industry's first super premium asphalt shingles, innovative complex color blending technology and the company's path-breaking contractor program.

Vice president of strategic marketing Lee is retiring after 34 years with the company. He led the company's sales through its most dramatic growth period in the late 1990s. With three major acquisitions in three years, he helped transform a regional roofing business into a significant national player, more than tripling sales during that time.

"Marcia and Rudy are two key industry players who have had a substantial impact on our business, and we wish both the very best in their retirement. We are very proud of their accomplishments," said Peter Dachowski, president and CEO of CertainTeed.
