HodChutes, a U.S. direct manufacturer of construction debris chutes since 2000, launched a steel mesh edge protection system for commercial roofing and construction sites. The modular system pairs steel mesh barrier panels with posts that mount to slab edges, parapets, fascia and decks, giving crews temporary perimeter protection at roof and slab edges.

The line includes:

  1. Barrier panels: 1.0 m steel edge protection barrier, 1.25 m leading edge fall protection panel, 1.5 m temporary roof edge protection system, 2.0 m high-efficiency panel and 2.5 m maximum-span barrier
  2. Posts: 1350mm Slab Grabber guardrail post, bolt-down and fascia-mount guardrail posts, front-, side- and top-mounted posts, and parapet clamp posts
  3. Bases: an adjustable base with timber support

The system is independently tested to EN 13374, and its posts withstand 200 lb lateral loads. It meets OSHA requirements when installed correctly. The system is built for commercial construction projects.

Contractors can request a same-day quote, and orders ship nationwide within 5 days. HodChutes provides 24/7 support by phone, chat and email. Learn more at hodchutes.com.
