Western Pennsylvania exterior contractor says rapid expansion has pushed annual project volume to about 1,000 jobs.

Cousins Roofing, Siding & Decks, a Western Pennsylvania exterior remodeling contractor founded in 2023, said it is on pace to generate approximately $20 million to $25 million in revenue in 2026.
The company, founded by cousins Sam and Calvin Milligan, began as CNS Construction before rebranding as it expanded into roofing, siding and outdoor-living services. Cousins now employs 41 W-2 workers, plus field subcontractors, and operates more than 10 deck and outdoor-living crews, more than four siding crews, and three roofing crews.
The company said it completes about 1,000 projects annually and has finished more than 2,000 projects across more than 300 Western Pennsylvania municipalities. Its regional footprint now includes locations serving Pittsburgh, Butler, Washington, Greensburg and Beaver. Cousins also holds GAF Master Elite, James Hardie Elite Preferred and TimberTech Platinum Elite status.
The company said its next phase of growth will focus on workforce development, operational improvements and maintaining service quality as it expands.
