Royalty Roofing Acquires Vermont’s Rodd Roofing
Fourth-generation contractor joins Royalty Roofing’s growing national platform

Royalty Roofing, a portfolio company of Six Pillars Partners, has acquired Rodd Roofing, a fourth-generation roofing contractor serving Vermont and New Hampshire. The transaction closed June 30. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in St. Johnsbury, Vt., Rodd Roofing was founded in the early 1900s and provides residential and commercial roofing services for new construction and reroofing projects. Its capabilities include slate, standing seam metal, copper, wood shingles and single-ply membrane roofing systems.
Rodd Roofing has been a Carlisle Authorized Applicator since 1979 and is a member of Carlisle’s Hall of Fame, having completed more than 250 installations that received the manufacturer’s “Perfect 10” rating.
Royalty Roofing, based in Seymour, Ind., provides commercial, industrial, institutional and residential roof installation, replacement, repair, maintenance and retrofit services nationwide.
“It was nothing short of an honor to play my small role in the 100-year history of Rodd Roofing,” said Alex Mironov, managing director of mergers and acquisitions for Generational Group, which advised Rodd Roofing on the sale. “We are confident that, with Royalty, the company and its legacy are in excellent hands.”
Dallas-based Six Pillars Partners invests in founder-led essential business services companies in the lower middle market.
