Royalty Roofing USA Acquires Michigan’s Division 7

Kalamazoo-based contractor strengthens Royalty’s Midwest reach

Royalty Roofing USA announced the acquisition of Division 7 Building Contractors, a Kalamazoo, Mich.–based roofing contractor serving Michigan and the Midwest since 1984. The strategic acquisition supports Royalty Roofing’s continued national expansion and growth in key commercial roofing markets.

Founded in 1986, Royalty Roofing USA is headquartered in Seymour, Ind., with additional locations throughout the Midwest, Colorado, and Florida. The company provides nationwide reroofing, maintenance, inspection, and repair services to commercial and residential clients. Its sister company, Majestic Facility Services, supports commercial customers through a nationwide network of repair and facility maintenance technicians.
