Royalty Roofing USA Acquires Two Roofing Firms
The company said it plans to use the regional presence of both contractors to expand commercial roofing operations across the Northeast and Midwest

Royalty Roofing USA has acquired 768-Roof and Nasi Roofing, expanding its operations into Clearfield, Pa., and several locations across Wisconsin.
The Seymour, Ind.-based roofing contractor announced the acquisitions on May 5. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Established in 1986, Royalty Roofing USA operates additional locations throughout the Midwest, Colorado, and Florida. The company provides reroofing, maintenance, inspection, and repair services to commercial and residential clients nationwide. Its sister company, Majestic Facility Services, further supports commercial customers through an extensive network of repair and facility maintenance professionals. Founder Andy Royalty said the acquisitions align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
“Welcoming 768-Roof and Nasi Roofing into the Royalty family represents more than geographic expansion — it reflects our ongoing commitment to partnering with organizations that share our vision and values,” Royalty said in a statement.
The company said it plans to use the regional presence of both contractors to expand commercial roofing operations across the Northeast and Midwest. Integration efforts are underway.
