Rhino Commercial Roofers Launches Predictive Roof Assessment System
New system targets roof failure risks

Rhino Commercial Roofers has launched a roof assessment system designed to help commercial property owners identify potential roofing failures before they result in costly damage.
The Structural Risk Forecasting System combines drone-based thermal imaging, moisture scanning and failure pattern analysis to identify vulnerabilities across commercial roof systems, including seams, penetrations and attachment points. The company said the assessments generate a risk map highlighting areas most susceptible to failure based on the roof's type, age and condition.
"Most commercial property owners in Florida find out something is wrong with their roof at exactly the wrong time," a company spokesperson said. "What we have built is a system that moves the discovery point earlier, when the information is still useful for making decisions rather than just documenting damage."
According to the company, the assessment framework is designed for common commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, built-up roofing, metal roofing, and roof coating systems.
The service is available for commercial properties in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It can be incorporated into existing roof maintenance programs or used as a standalone assessment before hurricane season.
