Maverick AI Launches Outreach Tool for Commercial Roofers

Platform targets building decision-makers

Maverick AI has launched an outreach platform designed to help commercial roofing contractors identify and contact building decision-makers across their service areas.

The Virginia-based startup said its system uses artificial intelligence agents and proprietary data to find facility managers, property owners and other contacts, then send personalized emails on behalf of contractors to generate sales leads.

The company said traditional B2B data platforms rely heavily on LinkedIn, leaving gaps in coverage. Maverick’s system instead pulls from sources including Google Maps, state business registries and company websites to identify contacts and verify email addresses.

The platform sends thousands of emails per month under a contractor’s brand and uses AI to tailor messages and analyze campaign performance, including open and response rates. Contractors are notified when prospects respond with interest.

Early users have reported between three and 15 qualified responses per month, according to the company, including inspection requests and bid opportunities.

“Commercial roofing is a relationship business,” said Jonathan Michael, the company’s founder. “The challenge is opening enough conversations with the right people across your zip codes.”

The launch comes as AI adoption grows in the construction trades. A recent ServiceTitan report found 51% of contractors are using AI for marketing and sales, with 75% expecting revenue growth in 2026.

Maverick AI said its service is available nationwide by subscription.
