Leadership aligned under EOS model

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — BuilderLync, a software platform designed for roofing contractors, said it will launch its Version 1 product on June 1 after completing an executive alignment process structured around the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

EOS is a management framework used by companies to define leadership roles, improve accountability and standardize execution. BuilderLync said it adopted the model to formalize responsibilities across its founding team and support scalable operations.

The company ratified an EOS accountability chart, finalized a two-tier pricing structure and established a 30-day onboarding program ahead of launch. It also confirmed its first organic paying customer, signaling early demand for the platform.

BuilderLync’s leadership team includes founders who also operate roofing companies, including Capital City Roofing, Revive Roofing & Exteriors and Tarrytown Roofing, whose field experience helped inform the platform’s development. CEO Brad Strawbridge serves as visionary under the EOS structure, alongside an Integrator overseeing day-to-day execution and leaders across product, growth and technology.

The platform is designed to consolidate functions such as lead management, scheduling and communication into a single system for contractors working in residential, commercial and multifamily segments.

“Roofing contractors have been forced to choose between general-purpose CRMs that don’t reflect how their businesses actually operate and disconnected point solutions that create inefficiencies,” Strawbridge said. “We built BuilderLync to bring those workflows into a single system that aligns with how roofing companies estimate, schedule and execute work in the field.”

BuilderLync said its leadership team’s experience operating roofing businesses has informed product development and testing in active jobsite environments.
