Latite Expands Commercial Roofing Reach Into Texas
Deal strengthens commercial roofing reach

Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal has acquired Invictus Roofing and Construction, a Texas-based commercial roofing contractor, marking its entry into the state.
Invictus, founded in 2019 and based in Frisco, Texas, focuses on re-roofing and maintenance services for commercial clients and operates a national account model serving customers across the United States.
The deal expands Latite’s presence beyond its core markets in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee and positions the company in a region with growing demand for commercial roofing services.
“We are excited to join forces with a highly respected operator like Invictus,” said Latite CEO Jeff Burks, CEO of Latite. “We believe this partnership will play a meaningful role in our continued expansion.”
Invictus President Kevin Kirkwood said the partnership will provide additional resources and operational support while allowing the company to continue serving its existing customer base.
The acquisition follows Latite’s 2025 partnership with Roof Management, a commercial roofing company with operations in Atlanta and Nashville.
