Greenwood Industries announced the promotion of Ginny Pitcher to executive vice president of enterprise strategy, reporting directly to CEO Dave Klein.

Greenwood Industries is a Top 100 commercial roofing contractor based in Worcester, Mass., and was named RC's 2023 Commercial Contractor of the Year. 

The newly created role reflects Greenwood’s continued expansion through strong organic growth and disciplined acquisitions, and the need for enterprise‑wide alignment and execution as the company scales its footprint across markets.

In this role, Pitcher is responsible for executing Greenwood’s strategic agenda across branches and operating companies, leading integration efforts as new businesses are added to the platform, and establishing the planning and performance rhythms required to operate effectively at scale. Marketing and corporate communications will continue under her leadership, ensuring close alignment between enterprise strategy, brand, and go‑to‑market execution.

Pitcher has been with Greenwood Industries since 2021, serving in senior leadership roles in marketing and corporate communications during a period of significant organic growth and platform expansion. Pitcher brings more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing, communications, operations, and enterprise leadership. Prior to joining Greenwood Industries, she was a co‑founder and CEO of a Boston‑based public relations and social media agency.
